We respect your privacy. Kids Gift List will not sell or distribute customer contact information unless otherwise required as a matter of law.
Kids Gift List uses industry-standard SSL encryption when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged through our site server. All personal and financial data stored on our servers is encrypted.
We protect your data with a 128-bit single-root SSL Certificate, signed by Geocode. This ensures that your credit card and other private information is secure, and cannot be intercepted!
We take great pride in our products, and we hope you're delighted with your purchase from Kids Gift List.
But if for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, you may return non-sale items with an original receipt up to 7 days from the purchase date for a full refund (less postage costs). Items must be returned to Kids Gift List in the original condition, unused, unworn, together with packaging and labels intact.

out of stock items / back - orders
From time to time, items will be out of stock. Should this happen, we will be in contact immediately to notify you of this. You will be given the opportunity to cancel your order, choose an alternate product, or back-order your item.
The quality of all Kids Gift List products is guaranteed and all items are inspected and packaged with care prior to dispatch. Therefore, we are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit. Should an item be faulty, please contact us via phone or email to discuss.
Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, with labels and packaging intact. Kids Gift List will give a full refund for faulty items, on approval of fault. The cost of returning the item to Kids Gift List is at the expense of the sender.
